Juvenile Justice and governmental processes. Samy worked as a research assistant for Dr. Alexandra Cockerham through UROP. In collaboration with the North Carolina Juvenile Justice Department, the team sought to assess the effects of North Carolina Teen Court on recidivism. She will be continuing this research into the summer.
