Genomics and Bio-Chemistry. Henry conducted research through the Undergraduate Research Program at Florida State University investigating the capabilities of partitioning indicator displacement assays through the Lenhert laboratory that aims to optimize a biological sensor capable of multi-analyte detection that provides a low cost alternative to traditional water testing methods. Over the summer Henry will be researching at the Hussman Institute for Human Genomics investigating potential enhancers in a gene upstream of the principal determinant gene for Alzheimer's to see if excising parts of the gene will modulate the expression of the principal determinant gene.
