While I'm not exactly sure of all the potential avenues for electrical engineering careers, a position in project management seems like it would be a good goal based on my interests.

I'm interested in sustainable technology innovations. The UROP I chose is called “Characterization of Wear Properties of Ultra-thin Coatings” which deals with reducing the wear due to friction on materials, thus, reducing the amount of energy needed to move something and reducing the need to replace machine parts as often. Another project I was extremely interested in dealt with thermoelectric generators which produced clean energy based on temperature gradient differences in water.
